Customer Service and Maintenance Agreements
1. Customer will either receive or choose a user name and password to access the customer support for the time stated in their agreement.

2. Customer will be able to receive customer support over the phone with no cost to them other than the regular phone rate for your area to make the call.

3. User will receive customer support for maintenance on their site, this does not include a total re-design of the page however this covers the Change of Content (Pictures, Text, ect..), or errors on the page. Updates will not include any changes done to the major core of the page unless absolutely needed. If client wishes to have something featured on the Add-ons page they will be charged the current charge for the desired add-on of choice.

4. With the Customer Service and Maintenance agreement here at iWEBLOGIX we will be there to manage your site for the time stated. You will never be left alone to do it on your own.

5. The benefit of having iWEBLOGIX's Customer Support and Maintenance Agreements: With iWEBLOGIX's local location, helpful and friendly service, we will be able to make every customer number one.

7. Customer must present some form of Acceptance and Agreement to iWEBLOGIX Customer Service and Maintenance Agreements, Terms Of Service, and Acceptable Use Policy. Acceptable forms of acceptance of these terms and/or Agreements must be done with a signature either in electronic form, or a hand written signature of these terms and Agreements.
